The Big Picture
Most growing teams are stuck using a mix of spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and random tools that don't connect to each other. This CRM replaces all of that. It's a Laravel app with organizations, user roles, leads, companies, contacts, deal pipelines, tasks, notes, file attachments, and full email integration. Each organization's data is completely isolated with admin, manager, and user level access.
The Problem
Growing teams end up managing leads and deals across spreadsheets, email inboxes, and whatever other tools they can find. That creates real problems:
- close No single timeline. Nobody knows who said what, when a deal changed stage, or which tasks belong to which contact.

The Solution
A Laravel CRM with a server-rendered UI and Vite-powered frontend. It covers the full lifecycle: lead capture via a secured JSON webhook, customizable deal pipelines with stage tracking, IMAP email sync every five minutes, transactional sending through Mailgun, and scheduled jobs that flag overdue tasks and stagnant deals automatically.
